A digital music, podcast and video streaming service Spotify is seeking an outstanding Marketing Manager to join the Russian Consumer Marketing team based in Moscow.

 

The RU Consumer Marketing team is tasked with driving brand & user growth through full-funnel consumer marketing. We’re looking for someone to drive the execution of marketing efforts in line with the key brand and acquisition metrics outlined within the RU regional marketing strategy. Experience in managing multiple projects and ensuring a constant flow of open communication among all campaign stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to extrapolate post-campaign data and translate into actionable feedback. This role will report to the RU Marketing Lead.

 

What you’ll do:

Plan, execute, and optimize Marketing initiatives in collaboration with external media agencies and internal creative partners ensuring all marketing activity feels local, personal and delivers measurable user growth and/or retention
Partner and lead workstreams with cross-functional teams such as music, media, and legal to ensure our programs effectively go to market
Produce campaign retrospectives working closely with the Spotify analytics and insights teams to uncover insights to inform future initiatives and help demonstrate the return on investment.
Experience in the full marketing lifecycle including devising, creating, executing, and tracking consumer paid advertising campaigns
Assist in ideation of new avenues of user growth for the RU business, including new partnership, content, and retention activations
Partner with the consumer insights team to prepare a regular cadence of brand trackers and consumer analysis to disseminate feedback with key stakeholders

 

Who you are:

A marketer with a minimum of 5-7+ years of experience working in consumer marketing, brand management
You have demonstrated experience in tailoring global brands to the RU audience, managing marketing partners and executing successful campaigns accordingly
You have strong experience in marketing roles, ideally within the consumer-facing digital, electronics, entertainment or mobile industry
You have knowledge of the digital advertising industry with a strong professional network of media, marketing and brand advertising professionals
You bring a great attitude and a passion for the Spotify brand with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
You can work autonomously in an unstructured environment and are comfortable changing directions and working on a wide range of topics/businesses
You are creative, yet analytically minded with the ability to work cross-functionally, and manage multiple stakeholders in multiple time-zones
You exhibit curiosity, proactively solve problems and get things done with a positive attitude
You are proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Google products.
