Job Description:

  • Supports the Consumer Marketing Manager through all process to build the 360° marketing plan
  • Take in charge projects include new product launch and integrated brand campaign roll-outs in the local market. These include developing and executing above-the-line campaigns (TV, Print, Radio), below-the-line activities (activation, sampling etc.), and other media
  • Manage day-to-day activity of the brand to ensure that strategies are effectively executed across all channels
  • Responsible for an accurate budget management
  • Implement agreed communication plan (working closely with agencies and other stakeholders): External Advertising & creative agencies; Internal cross functional teams (Paid Media, Owned&Earned Media, E-commerce, Procurement & Retail and Visual Merchandising)
  • On-going market and brand understanding at consumer and shopper level (brand measures, competition monitoring, media, and consumer/shopper behaviors)
  • Brand equity: Support and implement creative strategy aligned to marketing strategy/brand priorities and campaigns/activations an, ecommerce
  • Responsible for virtual selling activities coordination (Project management & performance tracking)
  • Responsible from the launch and promotional calendar across all channels, working closely with Product Marketing
  • Adapts plan throughout the year depending on sales performance, lately observed trends, competitors’ campaigns and successes to be replicated fast
  • Drives campaign performance analyses

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing
  • Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • Strong presentation and communication skill in English
  • Be able to multi-task and work under a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill
  • Excellent computer skills, including in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong digital understanding
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team and interface with international markets
  • Previous strategic accountability in marketing
  • Good communication skills – including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumer and key stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Willingness to lead, test and learn
  • Interest in trends and new technology
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo
