Philip Morris International is searching for a Consumer Journey Acquisition Manager.
Your "day to day":
- Consumer data Analytics and Opportunity definition. Consolidate all data points on consumer behavior: business performance, MRCI regular and ad-hoc, CX research. Search and/or organize extra data. Define key issues and opportunities, propose relevant strategies (Acquisition/Retention).
- Opportunity prioritization. Establish regular Consumer insights review with smoke-free products commercial channel. Within review prioritize focus areas and strategies to address Consumer experience gaps. Define and agree on targets.
- Product teams briefing. In collaboration with PMO and Consumer programs identify relevant project/product teams for the briefing. Prepare opportunity brief and pass it on to Product team including Consumer and Business KPIs. In collaboration with product team ensure relevant data is available and extra CX/MRCI research organized if needed.
- Initiative development and deployment. Ensure CX and FFWD (project methodology) used and followed through for imitative development and deployment. Ensure relevant metrics defined and dashboards developed for initiative performance tracking. Execute monthly initiative performance tracking and reporting, feedback consumer insights into product team.
Who the company is looking for:
- Minimum 7 years general business experience- 2+ year’s in Consumer experience highly preferable
- 5+ Commercial field experience in FMCG and/or retail is critical
- Lean startup methodology understanding is critical (proven track record in projects required)
- Experience in Cross functional projects management with clear business impact is critical
- Marketing/Consumer insights background is a plus
- Consumer journey and consumer centricity understanding is a plus
- Design thinking methodology understanding is a plus
- Start up mindset

- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English & Native Russian
