В Philip Morris International открыта позиция Consumer Insights Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Consumer insights projects’ management (with focus on product testing) ensuring high quality, timings are met, and budget is as planned, incl.:

    • Research briefs / project forms preparation and approval process
    • Development, review, confirmation of project materials (questionnaires, screeners, discussion guides, etc.)
    • Fieldwork control
    • Review and analysis of research data / agency reports / top-line tables / presentations
  • Internal collaboration and coordination with brand groups, NPD and other departments regarding consumer insights projects
  • External research agencies management, cooperation development
  • Stakeholder consultancy (e.g. brand groups requests) on research projects and consumer insights in general, generating research findings, business recommendations and insights
  • Administrative and financial tasks (prototypes order and logistics, competitive products purchase, PO requests, etc.), set-up of project presentations and workshops
  • Other (ad hoc) requests from Senior Manager CI related to consumer insights

 

Requirements:

  • Sociology / Marketing / Economics / Statistics degree & experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with a market research agency as a must, International FMCG company experience as a plus
  • Proven history of own leadership of full market research cycle (quantitative projects as a must, qualitative as a plus)
  • Tobacco market understanding is a plus
  • Project management, incl. ability to manage third parties
  • Result-oriented with excellent time management, coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, agility
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strategic thinking and deep analytical skills
  • Great attention to details, but also seeing ‘the big picture’, ability to ‘connect the dots’
  • Critical, but positive thinking, curious mind, desire to learn and develop
  • Advanced PC skills (MS office – Power Point, Excel, Word as a must; Power BI as a plus)
  • Experience with special software for market research / analytics is a plus
  • English – Upper Intermediate, Russian – fluent
