ASBIS Enterprises Plc is one of the leading distributors of Information and Communications Technology products and solutions in EMEA Emerging Markets. The company is searching an experienced Consumer Group Head (Perenio Project).
Responsibilities:
Manage the Consumer Sales team of Perenio
Ensuring the fulfillment of the sales plan in all countries
Sales of Routers product lineup
Manage Sales through Local offices, together with local management
Responsible to set up targets for each product category and ensuring achievement of targets
Report to Management of the results of the Business unit and proposing of corrective actions when needed.
Discuss and analyze the results of Return Merchandise Authorization with the Warranty Director and take corrective actions towards the suppliers
Discuss and agree Marketing plan with the Marketing Director
Visit offices and ensure assistance on sales process
Manages the Intellectual Property Rights reporting to the management
Manages the Funds accumulation with Accounting department
Skills and qualifications:
Practical sales, marketing, business management experience (with consumer electronics/IoT products)
Knowledge of routers’ product line (as an advantage)
Goal oriented, results driven with strong desire to see tasks through completion
Realistic and pragmatic approach to objectives
Ability to interact professionally and comfortably at all levels within the organization (verbal, written, presentations)
Excellent organizational skills
Experience managing successful business with cross functional teams
