The group of companies "Mikhailov & Partners Private Services Group" opens a competition for the vacancy of a Consultant (International Corporate Support Practice) in a foreign representative office (UAE). They are considering candidates who live in the UAE!
The company has existed since 1995, they are engaged in servicing private wealthy clients (HNWI). Today "Mikhailov & Partners Private Services Group" is the largest practice in Russia on taxation of individuals, structuring and protection of assets, currency regulation, as well as family and marriage relations and inheritance.
Responsibilities:
- assistance to the manager in matters of interaction with local authorities, banks, contractors;
- study and organization of the company registration procedure depending on the free-zone;
- opening accounts in local banks;
- organization of the procedure for obtaining a license for the right to be a local registered agent;
- provision of company registration services in the UAE for clients from Russia;
- establishing trusting relationships with banks on the activities of the employer's company;
- legalization of necessary documents at the consulate;
- organizing and maintaining document flow for companies registered in the UAE;
accompanying the company's clients as a consultant in the UAE.
Requirements:
- residence in the UAE
- having a driver's license valid in the UAE will be an advantage;
- experience in the field of customer support, work with partners;
- higher education: predominantly legal, economic;
- knowledge of English is not lower than the level of Advanced.
Terms:
- work schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00;
- hybrid format of work;
- the nature of the work - traveling (during the day, trips around the city may be required);
- the level of payment is discussed with the successful candidate (it is necessary to indicate the wishes for the RFP in the cover letter).
