Proven expertise in HR Administration in Russia
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple competing priorities
Keep up to date on all changes to the HR Administration environment in Russia. Ability to clearly articulate of the impact these changes have on the ways in which we work is vital
Proficient verbal and analytical skills
Proficient in navigating the systems to expedite employee queries within the agreed SLA
Description:
Employee experience is at the forefront of what we do in Benefits Administration. The HR Administrator is a role that will serve as a key point of contact for HR Administration activities in Russia. The HR Administrator needs to be a person of high integrity and sound judgment, who can work independently with the ability to timely address, call out and articulate all items related to HR Administration.
Ensure every personnel transaction is recorded in the local HR database and reflected in appropriate documentary format
Ensure all personnel forms and files are timely signed off with employees and company signatory and stored in the file system and that these documents are up to date and in full compliance with legal requirements
Collaborate with Employment Legal team to ensure compliance and validity of company HR Admin paperwork
Run and collate regular and ad hoc analytical reports to support different HR and broader organizational processes
Feed into key People, Benefits and Finance projects as required
Education & Experience:
Fluent English is required
3+ years of HR administration experience. HR admin consulting experience would be preferable with international clients support
Customer service experience an advantage
Detailed knowledge of the labor code and all statutory requirements to personal data, HR and payroll records and documentation.
