Responsibilities:
Support of competitive compensations (salary, bonuses, benefits) for all L'Oreal employees based on internal fairness and external benchmarks.
Personnel expenses budgeting, HR reporting, expert support of internal budgeting and reporting systems.
International Mobility, international C&B projects.
Positions evaluation, L'Oreal grading system support. Leadership under Annual salary increase process.
Bonuses management (annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly). L'Oreal Reward policies. Organization and control of participation in annual salary surveys as well as other com&ben surveys.
Conducting training sessions.
Presentations, internal communications preparation.
Requirements:
C&B experience in FMCG companies.
