KIA Motors is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Develop, review and Implement C&B Policies & Processes in line with RF legislation
Responsible for structured approach in job matching, grading and compensation scales
Development and administration of the benefits, including medical and life insurance well being programs
Maintains and improves performance appraisal process, including bonus calculation
Participation in salary surveys
Lead Annual salary review process (data consolidation, participate in rules development, provision of merit increases and market adjustment)
Responsible for HR dashboard development and follow up on key HR metrics
Prepares and controls HR salary budget file
Prepares presentation materials for management, including regular reporting and communications
Requirements (skills, knowledge and experience):
Higher education
5+ years strong experience with compensation, benefits and appraisal systems within developed international company
Good knowledge of job evaluation principles (Hay methodology preferred)
Advanced Excel skills
SAP and 1C experience
Strong analytical thinking.
