The company expects, that being Community Manager, you will:
Become the heart and soul of the Wannabes Music Club community
Become the important part of the team
Understand how the project works and answer all kinds of questions in Discord
Create Discord and Twitter engagement: Run giveaways, contests, poker nights, movie nights, online meetups and all kinds of community activities
Just chat about music, NFTs, future of the project and all other kinds of stuff in Discord and Twitter comments
Make daily posts/memes and announcements to Discord and Twitter
Become a bridge between the community and that part of dev team which will soon deep dive into the Game and Metaverse development and will not be able to hang out in Discord enough : post dev news and behind the scenes info for the community and preparing reports about the community life for the dev team
Encourage UGC
Be proactive, researching best practices from other communities and come up with the ideas of improving community experience: contests, activities, new bots for discord etc.
Run content discord channels (like production tips and tricks etc)
Mostly be online PST daytime.
