Responsibilities:
- Work with several team functions to create content
- Define strategies and initiatives to grow the user base within relevant social media channels and deliver accordingly
- Define strategies and initiatives to keep players engaged within the community and content within relevant social media channels and deliver accordingly
- Be able to localize content and operate as per the product’s marketing strategies
- Be able to handle community crisis
- Define content strategy for the social media channels
- Manage community team to deliver initiatives as planned
- Monitor and report channels’ performance
- Actively seek mass trends in the market or within the community and customize channels accordingly
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or relevant field is preferred
- Proven work experience as a community manager is a plus
- Experience in launching community initiatives
- Sense of understanding of community preferences and trends in the market
- Strong leadership skills and initiative. High sense of ownership
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Russian
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- General understanding of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
