Wargaming is searching for a Communications (Marketing) Manager.
What will you do:
- Development of Influencer and PR strategies globally;
- Preparation and implementation of influencer and media(press) campaigns in the Europe, USA, ASIA and CIS regions;
- Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of Influencer and media campaigns;
- Build, cultivate, and expand relationships with influencers, media, and organizations that manage them;
- Assure a strategic, proactive approach to influencers and media who add value to the brand;
- Provide day-to-day communication and support to both external and internal teams dedicated to the projects. Ensure effective communication flow between all internal parties and external counterparts;
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day obstacles internally/externally;
- Creatively and proactively pitch out-of-the-box ideas to boost WoT Blitz performance involving influencers and media.
What is the company looking for:
- Good understanding of YouTube, Tik-Tok ecosystems and main media, streaming platforms;
- Deep empathy and insights for the wants and needs of the next generation of audiences entering the market;
- Knowledge and ability to work with specific influencer management and PR tools;
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in related field;
- Results driven and capable of driving different projects simultaneously;
- Proven track record and references;
- You don't need to be given continual direction and know, how to manage yourself and your time;
- Good English-speaking skills.
