Responsibilities:
- Leads x-functional teams within projects to create smart E2E solutions to mitigate business continuity risks, including scope, prioritization, roadmaps, governance, timings with proper synergies & short-cuts, to manage financials & risk-mitigation map, to engage & manage stakeholder & communication flow proactively to achieve objectives & result KPIs
- Leads and executes projects readiness/performance & action plan reporting to ensure projects transparency for the Company top-management and proactively manages projects’ issues and risks. Ensures processes & documentation compliance while tracking and reporting innovation executional risk
- Ensures project calendar visibility for team including cross-functional partners.
- Acts as a projects management champion for team to foster further Stage Gate process implementation and best-in-class project management standards
- Supports Commercialization Capability agenda via contributing into development & leading roll-out of new tools / standards / processes for Category
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing / Innovation, Commercialization or similar discipline
- Experience in delivering innovation & renovation projects
- Understanding of Finance, Tax, Procurement & SC agenda
- High level of beverages business acumen: commercially savvy with outstanding analytical & problem solving skills
- High level of organizational savvy and the ability to manage within ambiguity
- Ability to be both challenging & enabling and comfortable managing conflicting priorities
- Strong program & project management capability with proven results in working on complex initiatives
- Ability to engage & effectively influence senior stakeholders, across multiple functions
- Proven results delivering significant business change within a cross-functional, matrix environment
- Advanced English
