Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Commercial Strategy Head (Mass brands).
Key responsibilities:
To partner with other functional business leaders to steer the development and implementation of best in class customer strategies in the dedicated categories and scope, leveraging 5P based approach on retail environment both for on-line and off-line trade.
To lead the development and continuous improvement of Price & Promotion Ecosystem to meet the most efficient ROI and strategy compliance.
To identify opportunities and develop Mass Channel / Brand Price Pack Architecture in collaboration with x-functions Local & Global teams based on consumer behavior and RE.
To ensure seamless integration of regional strategy insights into country business as well as to share country needs and insights with a regional team as a key input into regionally developed strategies and activities.
To ensure brand and portfolio growth and associated revenues by managing risks, identifying opportunities, and making timely decisions that maximize the business potential.
To develop in-store and online go-to-market guidance and in-store presents standards and collaborate on a cross-functional level to ensure implementation.
To provide customer segmentation & defining efficient level of investments.
To define targets for customer teams (Sales turnover, investments, P&L, etc) & support them through defining the Commercial Policy Terms and conditions guidance.
To lead Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives defining targets monitor and control execution.
To collaborate with internal and external experts / partners to uncover opportunities and the best practices for further incorporation to strategy.
Requirements:
Master’s degree required, preferable in finance, management, research & analytics, or MBA.
At least 5 years of experience in project management, customer development, strategic consulting, shaping and leading strategic agenda as well as defining commercial strategy and its implementation in the environment FMCG businesses.
Good track record of leading sales strategy development and shaping the ways of working in close collaboration with business leaders
Unquestioned ethics, integrity, and Credo-based leadership as shown by a track record of establishing and championing a project development
Advanced business and strategy acumen and awareness of the key commercial operations and processes that lead to the commercial success of the organization
Great partnership skills, effective communication, stakeholder management, ability to develop and implement the strategy
Advanced level of MS Office and other corporate applications usage
Fluent English.
