AliExpress Russia is seeking a Commercial Project Lead, AER Fashion Team.
The responsibility of this role is to develop & execute projects to achieve business targets (GMV, delivery time, return rate etc). Support long-term goals and strategy and ensure AliExpress Russia vision and objects are met for the market.
Main Responsibilities:
Be a liaison between commercial, logistics, product management and Cainiao over logistics and fulfilment development (PUDOs and fashion warehouses) and easy return project
Analyse ways to increase search priorities in fashion category, prepare and analyse items for search
Participation in the catalog and attributes requirements from fashion
New trade platform project lead from commercial side
Participation in promo and marketing budget allocation, analysis of results
Search and implementation of initiatives to increase revenue and search for other revenue streams
Key requirements:
At least 3 year experience in commercial planning / strategy function preferably in E-commerce, Logistics or Retail industries
Strong project management skills
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience of dealing with multi-parties / joint-ventures / partnership setups
Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority
Good command of data instruments MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau or others
Fluent English
