Job Description Summary:
As a Commercial Operations Leader you’ll perform for facilitating the Regional Sales team in keeping their Funnel up to date. Ensures accuracy, correctness, and up-to-date completeness of the operational mechanisms & processes.

Responsibilities:
- Driving operational execution and achievement of growth objectives in a region, and accurately forecasting and post mortem
- Developing and driving HCS ITO process to optimize the performance of the sales force (SFE); keeping it up to date with respect to local legislations and regulations
- Designing processes and tools to improve the predictability of the business
- Supporting strong growth through process simplification and customer focus
- Providing policy and process support to sales team on CRM tools utilization
- Following up on Sales force results vs. SIC targets and specific campaign incentives
- Conducting Big deals review, Strategic accounts review, LCT Deals Review, HCS Orders & Sales Pulse
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Higher Education
- At least 3 years of experience in an analytical function or sales role
- Proficient in use of MS Office with speed and accuracy
- Proven leadership skills including the ability to motivate cross functional teams to achieve business goals
- Strong business acumen, including a strong financial and analytical background
- Fluent Russian and English
- Exceptional skills as a change agent and process oriented individual
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees and customers at all levels
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise
