Johnson & Johnson is looking for Commercial Manager CIS (Commercial projects). This position develops and implements the countries business plans which will deliver the business objectives outlined in J&J Vision Care Russia-CIS OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures) through the overall management of all sales & marketing activities.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • CIS - 30% of time
  • CIS = Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan, other former USSR countries, except Baltics
  • Develop further J&J Vision Care business growth in CIS countries, build & implement business plans per counties in alignment with the regional objectives and in cooperation with other business Functions
  • Deliver annual & monthly sales & bottom-line targets
  • Lead & develop local sales organizations, build strong cross-functional teams
  • Consumers Eye Health (CEH) Products - 20% of time
  • Drive Acuvue Revitalens Solution sales growth in Pharma channel to ensure that pharma channel becomes significant source of sales
  • Russia – CIS Commercial projects – 50% of time
  • Right Stock Model for Customers - critical cross functional long-term project
  • Wholesalers’ strategy and day-to-day management/cooperation with key WS
  • Commercialization of Click to collect and eCommerce functionalities in MyACUVUE program
  • Development of other new commercial ideas & solutions, close cooperation with other members of Commercial & Marketing Teams JJVC Russia-CIS


Qualifications:

  • Sales management experience 5+ years
  • Strategic thinking and advanced analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • People management experience 3+ years
  • Marketing experience
  • Projects management experience
  • Proven ability to manage complexity in fast changing environment
  • Integrity, self-awareness and adaptability
  • Strong passion for innovation & wellness to make things happen & deliver
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Team working ability
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Advanced level of English
  • Experience in medical devices / pharmaceutical industry / work with HCPs.
