LifeScan is looking for a Commercial Intelligence Lead.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Leadership

Develop deep insights into the needs of patients, customers, markets and local business operations
Proactively identify business needs, opportunities for business and profit growth, reduction of inefficiencies and cost of doing business
Challenge the status-quo, lead and adapt business models, strategies and plans to external changes and customer needs
Propose, align and implement comprehensive analytical solutions (using Excel, CRM platforms, Tableau reporting tools, databases, external data sources and research, etc…) to generate insights and learnings supporting business decision making
Provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis, using diverse analytical tools and integrating various data sources, such as sales, volumes by channel, customer, market shares, stock levels, ad-hoc research learnings and secondary data sources
Leverage collected insights to drive meaningful innovations, strategies and new ways of doing business
Lead country-level Business / Strategic Plan analytics, business modeling and planning, source of volume modeling
Review, verify, update HCP and pharmacies segmentations and targeting strategy / plans, sales territory designs. Deploy go-to-market and targeting changes to the Sales team. Define, track and monitor SFE KPIs and sales targets achievements
Provide analytical inputs into S&OP processes, leads and coordinates demand planning, liaises with S&OP team
Build external relationships and partnerships with outsourced support & data providers (such as ZS Associates, IQVIA, Inteli, other research suppliers) as well as other functions / organizations within Lifescan (such as Sales, Finance, Global BI etc.)
Deliver support to Lifescan CRM platform (Salesforce.com), closely partnering with Sales Operations team / center of excellence, providing timely and effective support to end users particularly training of local users for enhancements and innovations

Leadership

Embodies the Lifescan Code of Conduct in all internal and external interactions and conducts business in compliance with ethical and legal requirement
People Leadership

Collaborates seamlessly with Russian leadership team and MFTs inside and outside BU to deliver timely and accurate analytical outputs to commercial leaders
Motivates, inspires and influences others across the organization and enterprise to achieve results in line with Lifescan EMEA strategy
Fosters a culture of insight-driven innovation
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to attain business results

 

Key Experiences / Functional Knowledge Requirements:

Strong business leadership and ownership mindset. Proven skills in insights generations and strategic analysis, with strong impact on business strategies, plans and results
Proven abilities to integrate and interpret data from different sources to generate deep business insights. Strong presentation skills
Experience in independent management of external data / analytics providers
Strong internal influence and collaboration skills with Country Leaders, MFT, Global BI, IT etc. to support markets on technical aspects, analytics, research
Demonstrated enterprise mindset, with ability to influence and collaborate in a global, matrix environment to achieve business objectives
Strong customer and external environment orientation, with track record in building effective relationships with customers and other external stakeholders
Ability to build mutually beneficial networks and partnerships with key business partners
Unquestioned ethics, integrity and Code of Conduct-based leadership

Education:

University degree is a must

MBA would be preferable but is not a requirement.
