Job purpose:
Company is looking for a strategic and tactical commercial leader capable of leading 'CCC business', including developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve Megasoft's ambitious objectives for the Commonwealth of Independent States & Central Eastern Europe regions.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a 3-year strategic plan for the region
- Provide vision, leadership and direction to deliver the plan for the region
- Lead the Business Unit to deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and profitability targets
- Enable business development in new markets with new customers across the region
- Develop new business partnerships, channels, and distribution opportunities
- Support account managers with building clear account plans with customers to grow their businesses
- Monitor and manage pricing strategy and trade terms to ensure the BU meets and exceeds its targets
- Interface with customer at senior level, building strong relationships with key staff at top management level
- Regular Business analysis, market study and recommendations
- Gradually build and lead the BU organization as the business grows
- Recruitment and management of various key roles to deliver the regional plan
- Install the right processes and spirit in the team to work as a high performing local team
Qualifications:
- University degree from Business administration, business management, economics, sales and market or other related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience of sales (preferably all) in FMCG, and ideally working with private label
- Fluent English & Russian (other regional languages a plus)
