Requirements
Higher education in finance, audit or accounting, economics;
Relevant work experience in finance, advisory, commercial/ sales management or other related fields;
Strong knowledge of financial data analysis, cash flow management, sales and CRM management;
Understanding of statutory accounting and audit processes;
Fluent/Advanced English and Russian is a must;
Ability to handle a large amount of paperwork and data flows;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
High sense of responsibility & flexibility;
Proficiency in computers (Mac, Microsoft Office, etc.);
Experience of work with CRM systems as an advantage;
Big4/ Big pharma/ retail companies work experience as an advantage.
Responsibilities
Manage CRM database implementation and proper CRM system maintenance;
Develop and maintain the mechanism to project outstanding AR, cash collection, LBE for revenue forecasting;
Provide on a timely basis and as agreed with management, the sales and AR, activity reports required for management insights;
Constantly seek continuous improvements opportunities for the manner in which we collect sales information, seek methods to make the data more valid and tied to performance metrics, and the timeliness of reporting;
Establish and fulfill regular process of revenue, cash inflows, client structure and business segments analytics;
Clients relationships and management (contracts issue, signing and archiving, invoices issue, cash collection, AR control)
Manage and propose improvements for commercial policy, price lists and special offers)
