Primary job function: Direct and manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business excellence effectiveness and productivity.
Core job responsibilities:
- Define the commercial excellence strategic approach in the Region (Russia) for the following enablers:
- To ensure one set of numbers (internal and external data) to bring data driven insights for business to let Management team make the best decisions
- Help business to foresight market trends and forecasts business targets achievement and potential risks
- To ensure SFE & CRM teams set relevant KPI’s and give the best tools and decisions to sales force teams to increase efficiency
- Bring new trends though BI team to make data the most simple and clear to use for business
- Ensure the most relevant standards and methods of capabilities development of commercial employees to reach strategic and tactic goals
- To ensure digital channel development through management of MCE&digital team, etc.
- Bring new initiatives and projects to business to find new opportunities for business growth and development
- Initiate and Lead complex x-functional projects that give added value to business Foster the culture of collaboration and best practice sharing to continuously critique and transform the commercial organization, to respond to fast changing competitive challenges
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree plus any post graduate credentials (MBA) in Business (marketing, strategy, analytics, process)
- Experience in Sales/KAM, Sales leadership as well as CEx and/or Training functions. is a big advantage
- Project Management skills
- Proven leadership skills Leadership, People management & Coaching. Manages other managers within a function and/or affiliate. Ability to transform Abbott strategy to actions. Clear communication strategy to team
- Strategic thinking Strategic thinking & focus on business opportunities. Anticipation industry’s changes. Proactive proposal regarding processes & resource optimization
- Partner oriented mentality with high multi-tasking ability (different levels; stakeholders; business models); Ability to challenge status-quo, existing processes and approaches
- Expertise or involvement (close cooperation with) in Commercial functions, Analytics, Market research, Sales Force Effectiveness, BI, Capabilities BuildingCRM, Data management and governance, MCE and Digital areas is a big advantage
- Acts with a clear business purpose, anticipating and creating value for all stakeholders. Executes with agility, proactively anticipates and addresses unmet customer needs based on insights and data
- Experiments and innovates with purpose, delivers innovative business solutions with speed and within a compressed time frame, adapts and pivots faster than competitors
