Large omni-channel Retail company is looking for Commercial Effectiveness Director B2C.
Responsibilities:
Develop commercial omnichannel standards to support B2C channels: offline, online, VIP & corporate
Lead sales forecasting, assortment management, category review process and stock management
Develop tools & KPIS to implement sales growth strategy with focus on revenue & profit targets in channels
Develop standard operation procedures for omni-channel assortment & pricing management
Manage forecasting of promo & trade marketing campaigns. Assess results & introduce improvements plans
4 direct reports, 10+ team members under supervision, cross-functional teams management
Background:
5+ years in a managerial role in sales effectiveness & planning or trade marketing roles within large retail or FMCG company
Both offline and online sales expertise is a must.
