  • Company Size: 500+ employees
  • Revenue: Over 7 billion rubles
  • Team Oversight: 10+ employees located in St. Petersburg, India, and Algeria
  • Reporting: Directly to the CEO
  • Objective: Develop sales of system integration solutions in the international market

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's international branches
  • Drive sales of system integration solutions in MENA, LATAM, and other global markets
  • Lead geographically dispersed international teams, establish efficient organizational frameworks to align with international business goals
  • Monitor financial performance and accounting practices, analyze financial reports
  • Formulate strategic and operational decisions informed by a thorough analysis of the international market landscape
  • Streamline and enhance technological and business processes through automation

 

Expectations:

  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured B2B project businesses/holdings/IT companies, demonstrating a track record in diversified businesses, sophisticated business processes, and project management systems. Preference for expertise in system integration, managing turnovers of 5-7 billion rubles
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development within international markets, particularly outside the CIS countries, preferably with a focus on MENA
  • Strong technical acumen and effective communication skills with engineers and developers
  • Proficient in automating and enhancing business processes
  • Proven track record in successful project management
  • Strong leadership acumen and the talent to inspire and drive teams towards achieving objectives
  • Comprehensive knowledge of civil, tax, commercial, financial, and labor law
  • Advanced proficiency in English with assured professional communication skills
