В международную EdDev-компанию открыта позиция Commercial Director.

 

The mission of this role will be to develop and implement a strategy for scaling the business internationally:

  • Company size: 50+ employees
  • Sales team: 7 members
  • Reporting: to the Executive Director

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development and delivery of the company's commercial strategy for the Russian, CIS, and international markets, with a focus on MENA and India
  • Managing sales/BDM teams across Russia, the CIS, and other international markets
  • Organising meetings and negotiations with federal and regional government authorities, heads of governments, and ministries to promote the development of technological education in schools
  • Initiating comprehensive educational projects in the field of technological education for schoolchildren in Russia, the CIS, and beyond

 

Your profile:

  • Experience as a Commercial Director/Director of Business Development in B2B/B2G sectors
  • Proven track record in executing large deals (from 50 million RUB) with government organizations (ministries) and private schools in Russia, CIS & MENA
  • Skilled in negotiating with top-level officials, including heads of Russian federal subjects, government leaders, and heads of federal/republican agencies responsible for education
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level
  • Understanding of the principles and legal frameworks governing school education in Russia and abroad
