The mission of this role will be to develop and implement a strategy for scaling the business internationally:
- Company size: 50+ employees
- Sales team: 7 members
- Reporting: to the Executive Director
Responsibilities:
- Development and delivery of the company's commercial strategy for the Russian, CIS, and international markets, with a focus on MENA and India
- Managing sales/BDM teams across Russia, the CIS, and other international markets
- Organising meetings and negotiations with federal and regional government authorities, heads of governments, and ministries to promote the development of technological education in schools
- Initiating comprehensive educational projects in the field of technological education for schoolchildren in Russia, the CIS, and beyond
Your profile:
- Experience as a Commercial Director/Director of Business Development in B2B/B2G sectors
- Proven track record in executing large deals (from 50 million RUB) with government organizations (ministries) and private schools in Russia, CIS & MENA
- Skilled in negotiating with top-level officials, including heads of Russian federal subjects, government leaders, and heads of federal/republican agencies responsible for education
- Proficiency in English at C1 level
- Understanding of the principles and legal frameworks governing school education in Russia and abroad
