International logistic company is looking for Commercial director to lead the team.
Duties:
Develop and implement sales strategy in Russia that will improve the organization’s competitive position.
Country sales and KAM organization management
Manage, control and develop sales activities In order to establish efficient, productive, quality business and achieve budgeted revenue and financial targets.
Support a long term growth in customer relationships.
Interface with customers at the development and implementation stage of projects.
Delivery of customer service levels to agreed targets; continuous improvement in customer service and operational efficiency
Negotiate successful renewal of existing contracts.
Develop sales objectives in line with the overall business strategy
Determine the Sales short and long term targets, setting the budget and annual operational plans.
Maintain the relationship with the customers and working closely with the country functional and operational teams.
Develop strong Sales team, maintain a motivated team of competent managers and staff, evaluate the performance of direct reports and ensure that the process is replicated for other members of the team.
Requirements:
Minimum 6-10 years in senior positions in Sales in international logistic companies
