Job Description
Analysis of the dynamics of sales, the implementation of improving sales efficiency in the organization in accordance with the planned, target indicators and standards of the organization;
Development and approval of the sales strategy of the organization in the annual perspective;
Formation, coordination and approval of sales plans in the annual and monthly perspective with details by department and employees;
Setting target tasks to employees of the sales department and monitoring the results:
— by the volume of shipments;
— upon receipt of funds;
— on the development of an active client base;
— by priority and / or problematic commodity groups and individual commodity items;
— by control indicators for accounts receivable;
— on the development of individual sales channels;
Organization of the work of the commercial unit of the organization in order to fulfill the assigned tasks, target indicators of sales volumes and high quality customer service;
Participation in the development of marketing activities, proposals for advertising activities;
Development of measures for resource conservation, improvement of stocks rationing, improvement of economic indicators, increase in the efficiency of the organization, strengthening of financial discipline;
Ensuring the maintenance and development of the existing customer base;
Planning, organization and control of work to find and attract new customers;
Control over:
— implementation of sales plans and the dynamics of their change;
— fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the subdivision in terms of time and content;
— the state and dynamics of reduction of receivables and overdue receivables in the organization;
— compliance with the pricing policy in the organization;
— the timing and correctness of the provision of approved company reporting;
— compliance with standards, regulations, orders of the company and organization;
— implementation of the general sales plan, plans of all sales departments, individual plans of managers;
— the correctness and timeliness of registration of contractual relations with clients;
Required Knowledge and Skills
Basics of strategic and tactical management;
Skills in sales analysis, market development, marketing;
The procedure for the development and approval of plans for the activities of the branch in the field of product sales (sale of goods) in the short and long term;
Experience in conducting successful negotiations at various levels;
Knowledge of computer programs at the level of a confident user: 1C: Trade Management, Microsoft Office in full;
Legislative and regulatory legal acts that determine the activities of the organization and the branch in the field of product sales (sale of goods);
Ethics of business communication;
Profile, specialization, features of the structure of the organization and the branch in the field of product sales (sale of goods).
