А global med-tech company and the leading supplier of innovative products in the fields of healthcare and information technology is seeking a Commercial Director.

 

Responsibilities:

Achieving the companys sales goals regarding Russia
Efficient organization of sales department, follow up sales action plan, procedures, CRM
Monitoring and follow up payment of domestic customers
Fulfillment of tasks regarding HR within sales, marketing, education and CS department (monitoring sales managers performance (duovisit), evaluation, motivation, training, target customers)
Organization of regular meetings and follow them up in order to achieve goals of the sales, marketing, eductaion and CS department (preparation of action plans, personal targets, meet the deadlines)
Monitoring and follow up of costs, holidays, sick leaves, work time incurred and emerged in sales, marketing, education and CS department
Organization of sales and marketing events and programs
Follow up the availability and proper use of sample collections, product demonstrations, brochures and sales organiser (on iPad)
Supervision of existance, distribution and placement/allocation of promotional materials
Initiation and follow up of sales promotions
Approval of customer prices (average bonus shall be discussed with general manager) follow up contracts of domestic customers, random control and documentation of bonus calculations and respective invoices
Participation in projects of cost saving
Represent HLRU on global, regional commercial meetings

Position requirements

University level degree
Experience of negotiating commercial contracts and financial terms
Experience of leading a structured, successful sales operation in a large organisation
Experience of working in the ophthalmic industry or similar is an advantage

 

Work Experience

People Management — Minimum 5 years experience leading a team of 5-10 people Project Management — Minimum 10 years leading multi-disciplinary projects Relevant work experience — 10 years
