Main tasks for Commercial Director:
- Shaping business development strategy and objectives for the Middle East territory
- Managing commercial functions in the Middle East branch: procurement, commercial terms, pricing
- Participation in the development of marketing plans
- Meeting sales targets in conjunction with the e-com and retail team
- Building effective partnerships with product suppliers
Requirements and Competencies:
- Experience in retail companies from in UAE
- Fluent English
- Building effective teams and processes from the ground up
- Negotiating at a senior level
- Ability to work independently with a large amount of information
- Flexible thinking; ability to adapt quickly
