Commercial Director / Commercial Director (mandatory relocation in the UAE, Dubai)
A mobile electronics manufacturer with distribution in more than 30 countries, in connection with the decision to open an international office in the UAE and the desire to enter the markets of Africa and Latin America, requires a Commercial Director.
We need a specialist who is ready to move for a permanent job in Dubai.
What do we have to do:
- Analyze opportunities at a strategic and tactical level to enter the markets of Africa and Latin America, discuss conditions, conclude contracts with brand partners.
- Plan and recommend business and marketing strategies.
- Determine transfer prices, margins, optimize working capital.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across markets and key partners that deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly growth in line with company goals.
- Lead and manage channel mix and channel marketing.
- Participate in the development of procurement and production forecasts.
- Manage a team of product and marketing managers.
- Hire, develop, train and manage a strong team of subordinates.
What we want to see in you:
- Mandatory knowledge and proven experience in the market of small household appliances, electronics and mobile communications.
- Mandatory experience in bringing products to foreign markets (Africa, Asia, Latin America).
- Deep knowledge of ATL marketing.
- Strong project management and presentation skills.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Ability to organize multiple projects and feel comfortable working in an environment that can lead to rapid reprioritization.
- Sales orientation.
- Results-oriented mentality with the ability to drive business improvement.
- Strong leadership qualities, flexible team player.
- English not lower than level C1
