PTW is a global services company that collaborate with video game developers and publishers through outsourced production services. Now the company is looking for a Commercial Development Executive.

 

What you will be doing:

To pro-actively support the European Business Development Team in a pre-sales capacity
Build awareness for the PTW business and range of service solutions within the European games community with a range of marketing initiatives including content marketing and direct client outreach.
Build regional marketing partnerships that cost-effectively reach our addressable market, promoting the PTW brand and reputation.
Working closely with global marketing personnel, to support and facilitate campaign and communications initiatives, where necessary optimising for local markets, sharing best practice with other regions.
In co-operation with global marketing personnel, generate content and campaign ideas to optimise regional opportunities, including marketing content editing and/or creation.
Work across the business development team, providing client, product and market research as required.
Develop the European marketing collateral, with support from central marketing function.
Plan, promote and execute campaign activity to promote lead generation.
Conduct research and analyse information on new clients and target markets including client segmentation and prospecting.
Identify and coordinate attendance and sponsorship for local events and conferences.

 

What we are looking for:

Exposure to a European sales, business development or marketing environment, ideally in the outsource services and/or gaming sector.
Experience of developing and delivering marketing plans and campaigns in a B2B environment.
Able to manage multi-stakeholder relationships across an international, matrix style organisation.
Partner or Client relationship management skills and experience
Content marketing knowledge – able to generate ideas, research and source information and draft or edit editorial content.
E-mail marketing and outreach experience – able to initiate and manage campaigns.
Able to research markets, sectors, prospective and established customers to identify new opportunities.
Event planning experience and attendance
Co-marketing experience – developing marketing relationships to heighten awareness for a brand and suite of services.
Strong presentation and communication skills – both internal and external
Excellent command of English plus at least one other European language ( French, German, Spanish, Polish or Russian)
A degree in marketing, business, or related discipline
