В Johnson & Johnson открыта позиция Commercial and Special Projects Manager Russia & CIS.
This position develops and implements the countries business plans which will deliver the business objectives outlined in J&J Vision Surgical Russia&CIS OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures) through the overall management of all sales & marketing activities.
Main responsibilities:
CIS — 49% of time:
- CIS = Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, other former USSR countries, except Baltics
- Together with distributors develop further J&J Vision Surgical business growth in CIS countries, build & implement business plans per counties in alignment with the regional objectives and in cooperation with other business Functions
- Deliver annual & monthly sales & bottom-line targets
- Develop and implement commercial strategy for JNJ Surgical Business (Cataract and Refractive) in the assigned territory
Russia – CIS Special projects – 51% of time:
- Develop specific sales strategies and initiatives especially targeting profitable market segments
- Mostly export sales and related legal aspects and activities
- Work with export legislation
- Adaptation and adjustment of commercial policy as necessary
- Drive KPIs, setting up forecasting, setting up work with distributors
- Development of other new commercial ideas & solutions, close cooperation with other members of Commercial & Marketing Teams JJVS Russia-CIS
Qualifications:
- Qualifications: Education: medical, life science, machinery or technical engineering or business
- Sales management experience 5+ years (experience in a Key account Manager or Business Development Manager role, experience in distributors or commercial management is a plus)
- Experience of work in Medical devises of Pharma sphere (commercial) strongly preferred
- Strategic thinking and advanced analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Distributors management experience 3+ years is obligatory (preferable)
- Projects management experience
- Proven ability to manage complexity in fast changing environment
- Integrity, self-awareness and adaptability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team working ability
- Strong presentation skills
- Advanced level of English
