Gyde App is a membership platform for travel creators and travelers.
Company helps creators turn their travel knowledge into a recurring income, while travelers get an all-access pass to a curated travel content from world’s top creators and influencers with a single subscription.

 

The role:
Company is looking for a passionate go-getter to develop and execute paid and organic user growth strategies, focusing on both acquisition and retention.
Being a co-founder and working closely with CEO, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the scale and success of Gyde App.
It's a strategic co-founding role that will require getting your hands dirty and building much from scratch.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define, own and execute our long-term growth marketing strategy
  • Drive rapid customer growth by taking full ownership of all digital marketing channels
  • Finding and making strategic partnerships that will skyrocket company`s growth
  • Manage, optimize and report on marketing budgets and ROI providing business cases, implementation, and learnings
  • Work closely with our Creative team to develop a state-of-art creative strategy for ads, emails, and other marketing materials
  • Work closely with Product team to help identify, prioritize, and deliver on growth initiatives

 

What drives success for this role:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing from strategy to execution in B2C environment
  • Having a startup mindset – flexible and focused on finding smart, low-cost creative solutions to acquire users
  • Excellent communication skills to make strategic partnerships. Having a great professional network will be a plus here
  • Being data-driven and a bit of a data-geek – clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing data stack, attribution, BU economics
  • Ability to quickly switch between strategic thinking and detailed execution of tactics
  • Proven record in paid acquisition and experience in partnerships and PR is a plus
  • Fluent English, excellent writing
