Role and Responsibilities:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving company growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
- Developing a comprehensive marketing plan and budget, ensuring its efficient execution, and delivering measurable results
- Implementing an effectiveness evaluation system to measure the impact of marketing initiatives
- Collaborating closely with the product team to align marketing efforts with product development and launch activities
- Working with internal teams and external contractors to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize their reach
- Setting ambitious marketing goals and consistently monitoring and analyzing results to refine strategies and achieve success

- Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies that have driven company growth and profitability, along with establishing and leading a marketing department
