E-commerce start-up is searching for Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). 

 

About company:
Privately owned international E-commerce company in the b2c market operating in the US market. The product is available to users on the subscription basis in the fastest growing segment of box subscription services with high LTV

 

Role summary:
Company welcomes a new CMO to reach a new level of business growth, as well as to build key business processes, organize and develop teamwork in an international E-commerce start-up

 

In this role, you will be part of the Executive Team, focused on:

  • Marketing: launching a new brand on international markets and managing the client acquisition funnel, as well as working with existing customers. You will make decisions on the marketing tools, will be responsible for full cycle of the client acquisition funnel, growth and analytics, recruiting and hiring employees/agencies/free-lancers
  • Internet product (company website): you will be responsible for the customer journey process, helping clients subscribe for the product, making the CJM as comfortable as possible. Collaborate closely with the CPO (responsible for the physical product and together with you for the website)
  • Investor relations will be started to grow the project further at a higher speed. This will be a priority task for the founder along with the Executive Team in order to raise the seed round investment (complete road shows, provide analytics, etc.)
  • Being responsible for the team results, you will build and implement processes in the agile environment, structuring the workflow and introducing KPIs

 

Candidate:

Experience and skills:

  • Successful marketing/e-commerce case across b2c projects as a head of a function or a business unit leader or manager of functional direction that is important for the business
  • Experience with Internet Marketing tools, including a sales funnel acquisition toolset, growth, analytics
  • Understanding CJM with multiple touchpoints (working as a PM or product owner earlier in the career as one of the track record options)
  • Recruiting and hiring employees/agencies  freelancers in the field of marketing
  • Experience in team management
  • Responsibility for Budget planning/ P&L management
  • Experience in a start-up or being open to enter an early stage start up

 

Desirable experience:

  • Effective design and implementation of transparent team work processes
  • Experience on the international market

 

Terms and conditions:

  • Place of work is in the city of Moscow
  • Registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
  • Competitive level of remuneration (including a significant variable part)
  • Lack of dress code and bureaucracy, high speed of decision-making and projects implementation
  • Salary 300 000-350 000 rub
