Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Cluster F&B Manager.
Your responsibilities:
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing the operations in FB for 2 hotels (Park Inn Pulkovskaya & Park Inn Pulkovo Airoport).
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Manage all Food & Beverage outlet operations
Ensure compliance of company standards
Train and develop the F&B team
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Creation and permanent development of the food-offers in cooperation with the Chef
Creation of all necessary key figures, statistics and calculation in the F&B area
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Your profile:
Experience in a similar position within the international hospitality industry
Leadership competence
Self motivation
Analytical cognitive abilities
Flexibility and stress resistance
Fluent in English, any other language beneficial
You are a team player, an open minded person, communicative and you have a friendly attitude and good manners.
