Cartier is looking for a Clienteling and Data Intelligence Specialist.


Clienteling and Data Intelligence Specialist will be a part of Client Development team reporting to Client Relationship, Services and Data Intelligence Manager.

Their mission is to implement all clienteling activations via Salesforce, follow up activations' KPIs and lead client data analytics providing PowerBI dashboards.


Key responsibilities:

Manage collaboration with the agency on Salesforce activations and deploy local activations on request of CR manager and CRM coordinator
Monitor client activations performance
Produce advanced data analysis, strategic insights and recommendations for client, communication, commercial and marketing teams
Design functional, easy-to-understand reports and dashboards with Salesforce and Power BI
Support CRM projects delivery and UAT, including Salesforce, NSI, e-card etc.


Profile:

Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field
2 years to 5 years’ experience in Client reporting and analysis within an international Company
Salesforce administrating experience is mandatory
Experience in development of dashboards is mandatory
Experience in SQL is mandatory
Data visualization skills in Power BI is mandatory
Solid analytical mindset
Good communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English and Russian.
