TikTok is looking for a Client Solutions Manager (Growth, Global Gaming).

 

About the team:

  • TikTok's Global Gaming Team aims to help gaming businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with audience, and drive revenue and growth. Company is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join the fast growing Growth Accounts Sales Team in Tel Aviv who will focus on the Eastern European and Cyprus gaming ecosystem and clients. Growth team is a critical driver of establishing and strengthening client relationships with a focus on driving revenue through advertiser activation, education & key product adoption with scalable solutions and helps support the overall company vision of growing Gaming as an industry synonymous with TikTok
  • Client Solutions Manager - Global Gaming, EE Growth will be responsible for helping clients in gaming vertical focusing on the mid-market and long tail segment to grow their business with TikTok for Business solutions. Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding about TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change. You will be part of a team of consultants, marketing and platform experts, who proactively drive the client’s growth strategy, including onboarding, upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations. Success in this position requires a great focus on client service, ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging unique suite of ad products. This position is suitable for applicants who wish to expand their career and network in the gaming industry

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships and revenue for advertisers
  • Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
  • Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
  • Grow revenue, educate and lead upsell conversations with clients post initial sale
  • Support and work with sales team on pre-sale research and pitch
  • Spearhead client education on products and product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies
  • Outline and oversee all measurement strategies for clients in relation to tracking metrics and delivering results
  • Consult and coach clients and agencies to achieve greater results on TikTok solutions

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing gaming advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
  • Understanding of mobile gaming user acquisition strategies and KPIs
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide data driven recommendations
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
  • Independent-thinker and enjoys a fast-moving environment with interest and willingness to learn proactively within the gaming industry
  • Passion for TikTok, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
  • Fluency in English and Russian
