Key Focus Areas: Virtual assistants/voice aides, generative AI, AI assistants for businesses. Team is ready to bring new technologies to life, and you can become a key player in this process.
Area of responsibilities:
- Developing a technology development strategy in line with the company's business objectives
- Selecting technologies and platforms required for new product development and launch
- Assess current and future infrastructure needs and develop appropriate technology solutions
- Formation and management of the technical team, including hiring and development of employees
- Ensuring technical solutions are aligned with the team's product goals
What company expects from you:
- Considerable experience in technical positions, preferably with CTO experience, in technology companies
- Experience in developing and launching products based on machine learning
- Deep technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and other artificial intelligence techniques
- Successful experience in a startup environment, including involvement in launching new products from scratch
- Ability to work effectively under uncertainty and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Experience working in multinational companies or teams, demonstrating the ability to interact effectively in a multinational environment
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a wide audience
