В сервис по поиску домашнего персонала Home Alliance требуется Chief Technology Officer.
Company is a rapidly growing home services company, and is looking for a CTO who can help take technology to the next level, audit and shape tech stack, and set up processes for further scaling.
Your duties will include but may not be limited to outlining strategy for IT, managing all technological operations, assessing and improving existing initiatives.
You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company. You will collaborate with the CPO to create the critical components required to improve outcomes and help the business thrive in a continuously evolving competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Develop and Maintain a consumer-focused outlook and aid in the delivery of IT projects to market
- Ensure that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
- Verify that all technological practices adhere to regulatory standards and compliance
- Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Monitor KPIs to assess technological performance
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
- Act as mentor to team members
- Staying on top of technology trends and developments
- Outline the goals for research and development
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Developing, tracking and controlling the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations
- Monitor IT Budgets to assess technological performance
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
- 8 years working in a technological role
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
- Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology
- Exceptional team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future
