inDriver is seeking a Chief Technology Officer who will take product to the next level.
The task of inDriver is to bring freedom to monopolized markets with its products. The same applies to development - company does not strive to make a developer a submissive performer of tasks from above, but, on the contrary, is interested in the freedom of conscious professional expression.
Now the development team has more than 350+ engineers in offices in Kazakhstan and Cyprus. They use Golang as the main language for product development, MySQL database, and Redis cache. They develop in GitHub, work with GitHub Actions and TeamCity.
In the infrastructure they use Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana and Kafka. Also use Feature Toggles, Blue-Green Deployment, and other development approaches so that nothing breaks in production.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct a technical audit of existing infrastructure solutions
- Together with engineers, develop a map for the development of architecture and infrastructure for the coming year
- Increase infrastructure resilience to failures, engage in horizontal scaling and organize work to ensure the continuity of operation and fault tolerance of the product
What company expects from you:
- Worked in a similar position in high-tech international companies for at least 3 years
- Managed a development team of 100 people
- Solved problems related to the overall architecture of the service and infrastructure solutions
- Had experience in sawing a monolith and you understand how difficult it is
- Are not tied to a specific location and are ready to communicate with candidates around the world
