Международный сервис пассажирских перевозок inDriver ищет Chief Technology Officer.
Position summary:
- Backend & Infrastructure: PHP, Golang, Docker, k8s, nginx, MySQL
- iOS: Swift, Objective-C
- Android: Kotlin, Java
- Data: GCP, Clickhouse, Tableau
- Current set-up: 15 platform and product teams
- 10 product teams are directly involved in various groups’ user-experience: Passengers, Drivers, Payments etc.
- 5 Platform teams are concentrated on application architecture (e.g, backend, ios, android etc), design, re-factoring
What you will do:
The CTO will be the ultimate go-to executive responsible for technologies that grow the business externally, implementing services and products that serve clients and customers.
InDriver expects the new CTO be in charge of the tech-related part of the high-level corporate strategy and fuel technological infrastructure, analyze target markets, and create business models. Additionally, the CTO will have a close relationship with the CEO and other members of the company's senior management and be active part of the joint effort to build the global leader.

- Market capitalization growth
- Successful IPO
- Other KPIs will be discussed further in the process
What company expects from you:
- Relevant education
- Graduate degree and certifications in engineering/ computer sciences; degree in business administration would be highly relevant
- 12+ years of IT-related experience including 7+ years of managerial experience
- IPO experience
- People management experience
- Experience in setting-up (and/or operating in) complex IT environments
- 30+ people in report in complex and expanding set-ups
