Print&Go company in the UAE is seeking a talented candidate to become the CTO of our esteemed startup with duties towards the technological development of the company and association of rapid growth and long-term planning. We require a person who is well versed in the culture of startups and understands the concept of Print & Go. Our mission is: Creating convenience for printing customers & Innovating accessibility for printing stores.
Responsibilities
- Providing the technological stack required to build Print & Go's product and to guide the overall vision. Understanding of technical requirements of our product.
- Oversee the company's hardware and server infrastructure and manage which internal technologies are adopted and implemented.
- Managing company operations by understanding the technical skills required and developing a well-defined process to attain results.
- Clear Communication and track development and reporting towards the CEO of Print & Go. Good communication with the UI/UXI Officer.
- Creating a technical strategy aligned with the company's goals, vision, obstacles, and risk analysis that will align with the company's objectives.
- Representation of Print & Go in important meetings with stakeholders.
- Future in charge of hiring and managing a development team.
Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelors Degree In Computer Science or Equivalent.
- Experience in incubator programs such as STARTAD, Techstars, Y-combinator, etc.
- Customer-centric mindset
- Team Management
- Prior Experience in Startups.
- Negotiation, Problem Solving, and Strategic Thinking.
- Technical skills such as Testing, DevOps skills, MVP, and API development.
- AWS & Stripe Experience and Knowledge
