They are looking for an HW+SW CTO with strong product thinking and experience in creating and transforming product portfolios.
Key tasks:
- generation and consolidation of ideas for the strategic development of the company's product portfolio
- management of development plans, creation of project roadmaps
- adaptation of products to regulatory changes
- optimization of business processes of development departments
- Strengthening the development team
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferably electrical engineering)
- Experience in managing product development from scratch to production
- experience in managing simultaneously several areas of product development or products that combine different technologies
- Experience in managing distributed teams
- Willingness to move to various regiona - there are plans to create an R&D location abroad.
