IT-company CloudLinux is looking for a Chief Security Officer to manage information security risks throughout the company, including security efforts and cyber threat analysis.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership of CloudLinux information security program and team. Promote collaborative, effective security working relationships across CloudLinux
Develop an annual risk-based information security plan aligned with company strategies, objectives, and risk profile, leveraging the enterprise risk management process, as appropriate, for purposes of optimizing resources
Take reasonable steps to guard against loss or compromise of the company critical, valuable, and sensitive information and to effectively detect, respond to, and recover from information security issues
Complete periodic information security-related risk analyses and risk mitigation processes. Select and implement information security threat mitigation strategies and safeguards
Take a leadership role in driving internal security and privacy initiatives. Provide security guidance on a constant stream of new products and technologies. Mentor and evangelize security practices through cross-functional work with engineering teams through CloudLinux
Interact directly with the security community regarding vulnerabilities and threats. Analyze, assess, and respond to various internet threats. Conduct regular security assessments
Lead network efforts to mitigate and investigate security incidents. Evaluate and test new vendors and in-house network initiatives for security issues. Design automation and utilize frameworks to scale both protection and mitigation tools. Keep CloudLinux safe through active operation and defense of critical network infrastructure
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a CSO/CISO role
Strong experience in penetration testing/vulnerability assessment
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong self-motivation, ability to deliver results under a limited supervision
Open to and values collaboration and feedback from others
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Strong communication skills in English
