As a Sales Officer at Sila Sveta, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and exceptional client service. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the company’s sales growth
- Attract new high-margin and high-budget projects
- Successfully negotiate contracts with potential clients, promote company services
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Analyze customer feedback and communicate possible improvements to the Executive Board
- Prepare sales forecast with future contracts probabilities and sales channels
- Participate in Executive Board meetings and present sales reports and business solutions (upon request)
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, required field is Multimedia, VR, Immersive exhibitions etc.
- Own established network of contacts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as needed
