Telecommunicational company China Telecom Europe is seeking a Chief Representative of Far East Division.
You will be responsible for carrying out business and developing the local market in Russia, Far East .
Responsible for the following management work:
Network operations, sales support of ICT and traditional telecom services in Russian Branch (LLC)
Domestic A-end landing in Russia related business landing support.
All sales related support for domestic business in Russia, including pre-sales, after-sales, in order to implement one-stop service and centralized management;
For other projects related to Russia, which is necessary to coordinate CTG/CTE/provincial company related matters;
Specific arrangements and implementation of the performance appraisal of the personnel of the Russian in departments of ICT, Solution, Network. Specific assessment contents include: internal (BM) and external customer satisfaction, pre-sales plan support timeliness/accuracy/supplier management/ project management to promote initiative/coordination ability/prompt report and management of project management progress/contract and order management and filing/compliance self-inspection, all after-sales personnel support coordination, etc;
operation of daily project reports and communication content and methods;
Work hand-in-hand with the respective department heads in UK HQ office to ensure smooth operation of sales supporting functions as well as effective management of the staff members.
Requirements:
Higher education in Management and/Economy ( MBA is a plus);
Previous managerial experience in international companies not less than 5 years;
Advanced soft skills (leadership, time management, presentation, negotiation, communication)
Strong sales & managerial skills;
stress resistant, multitasking, strategic thinking, target orientated, able to lead people: set targets, control & support;
English & Russian- advanced. Chinese-good or advanced;
Experience in work in matrix structure in a multinational environment;
International telecom background and experiences are preferred.
