Tasks of a Chief Project Architect:
Developing architectural projects of different scale from conceptual design to working documentation;
Managing a distributed team of architects and engineers, organizing teamwork;
Presentations, negotiations with clients in different countries;
Project management, dealing with risks and deviations in the project
Requirements:
Completed graduate degree in architecture;
Architectural background (work experience);
Understanding and knowledge of key design steps;
Good communication skills;
Experience in the role of Chief Project Architect / Head of Architectural Team at least 3 years;
Lead architect role with a planning function;
Working English;
Communication Skills.
