MoonExpert is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting. Provides a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL.
What is to be done:
- Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the product which aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy
- Find product-market fit
- Manage the expectations of stakeholders
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success products and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in team meetings to discuss roadmap, form backlog
- Lead and supervise Product Team
Expectations from the candidate:
- At least 3+ years of experience working in product management
- Work experience with flexible development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience of working in fintech industry and international companies
- Ability to see quality in all stages of product development and the desire to create a user-friendly, useful and profitable product
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Multitasking skills
- Excellent leadership skills to supervise and oversee the entire product organization
