The company SOAK is looking for a Chief Product Officer who is able to multitask, generate ideas for company development and help implement them in the team, an experienced professional who is able to make decisions independently and be responsible for the result.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of product design, engineer, work with manufacture in China
- Create a strategy and develop a plan for an existing product
- Launch new flavors, lines, products (identifying opportunities, taking into account the requirements and expectations of consumers when interacting with the product marketing department, making a list of new features and improvements in devices).
- Set product requirements (based on the identified hypotheses, trends and consumer expectations), suggest and test solutions, feedback analysis and solution of technical problems (single handedly or jointly with production)
- Develop employees, provide reports on the work done, conduct regular phone calls and meetups
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position is a requirement
- Experience in interaction with Chinese manufacturing
- Understanding the specifics of the development of a physical product (stating from an idea to the implementation of a finished device)
- Creativity in the implementation of ideas
- Ability to manage teams effectively
- Ability to communicate your vision of the product, offer solutions and solve complex problems;
- Experience in the FMCG market
- Knowledge of flavoring (smells and tastes), as well as experience in companies producing tobacco heating systems, disposable electronic vaporizers and tobacco production is preferred
