В инвестиционную платформу требуется Chief Product Officer.

 

Company is a CeDeFi investment platform offering an array of cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, and USDC.

 

About the role:
Reporting directly to the CEO. Company is looking for a CPO with previous experience running all Product-related activities, ideally in a financial/invetment market. Candidates have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth-mode work environment that requires exceptional agility, self-motivation, and strategic problem-solving skills.

 

Minimal Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a CPO, working with cross-functional teams
  • You have deep knowledge of DeFi, crypto communities and knowledge of traditional finance products
  • Strong strategic product vision and innovation skills
  • Must be data-driven to oversee revenue, profits, user activity, and product engagement metrics
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Native or Proficiency level in English (Russian proficiency level is a plus)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategy and execution of all digital product-related activities
  • Think outside the box to bring innovation to the forefront of everything company do
  • Oversee the alignment of Product features and activities with the overall objectives and goals of the company
  • Create a product culture to drive innovation
  • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of an innovative, compelling product suite across cross-functional teams in the company
  • Lead and facilitate Product management team to ensure they are creating and delivering value to users and the business
  • Recommend Product development strategies that generate increased revenue through sales of new digital products
  • Understand target markets (Blockchain, DeFi) and audiences; evaluate market trends and strategies
  • Effectively communicate across various teams within the organization to ensure product successfully moves from conception to development to release and then to distribution
